Boarding

For boarding, dogs and cats have their own special sections of the house and never interact with each other. All animals get 2-meals a day unless the owner requests a different feeding schedule.

Dogs get to play outside for under supervision, sleep in home-style crates, and get at least 2 hours of outside time.
Cats get to spend their time in personal cat-condos.
- It is strongly recommended that you bring the food cats are used to for their stay
We can also offer boarding for caged exotic or small animals with enough heads-up! We've previously cared for: Birds, Lizards, Rabbits, Hermit Crabs and a Pig.

Drop-Off Hours:

Mon - Sat: 8am -12pm & 2pm- 5pm

Sun: 8am - 9am & 5pm - 6pm

After hour pick- ups and drop-offs can be arranged for a $25 fee.

We can also arrange at-home pick-ups for boarding at our normal pickup/delivery prices.

Pricing:

Dog Standard Boarding: $48/night
Cat Standard Boarding: $25/night
Caged Animals Boarding: $12/night

Pets are charged for their arrival day regardless of the time they check in.

Departure day is only charged for if they are picked up after noon.

Intact Pets: Intact males and in-heat females incur a $10/night fee for due to the additional work for staff

Military Discounts: Military receive a 10% discount for standard boarding.

Please bring your Military ID if you are going to use the Military Discount.

Phone Booking: There is a $50 deposit for dogs, and $25 for cats. These are refundable with a cancellation 72 hrs before your reservation, minus a $5 processing fee.

Online Booking: 50% deposit for all online booking.

Requirements:

Your dog will need the following vaccinations: Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella (within 6 months) and Canine Influenza.
Your cat will need the following vaccinations: Rabies, Feline Distemper and either a negative Feline Leukemia test if they are an indoor cat or vaccinated for Feline Leukemia if they are outside any.
They need to be on a flea and tick preventative.
- If we find fleas on your pet, we will treat them at your expense.
A fecal
- If the dog is on heartworm preventative, then a negative fecal within a year is accepted.
- If the dog is not on heartworm preventative, then we require a negative fecal within 6 months.

Vaccination records can be emailed to us at afpamperedpaws.com, or a physical copy may be brought in at check-in. We reserve the right to deny service if records are not on file and up-to-date.

Extended Stay

Extended stay visits are 30-day or longer boarding stays.

We consider it an honor to take care of our Extended Stay Guests, whether they come from military families or not. We provide loving care to our guests for months and sometimes even years while owners have work, family, or military obligations.

We will make sure that we keep you constantly informed while you are away, up until the very day you reunite with your companion.

Current Rabies, DHLPP Parvo, Bordetella Vaccinations & Canine Influenza: Copy of Records submitted to AFPP
Current Heart Worm & Flea/Tick Prevention medication (for the duration of your companions stay)
Local Veterinary Clinic Contact: for medications or vet visits
First Two weeks paid in full at Check-In
Payment every 2 weeks- usually on the 1st and 15th day of each month
